You meet with Jeff to discover your ideas and dreams about what you want and do a thorough inspection of your current conditions. From this first meeting we will submit to you at no cost a list of descriptions, procedures and specifications with a price based on your vision. One of our strengths of “Design Build” is we build to a budget and offer the results you want with less-expensive alternatives you might not have considered.
We produce a 3D model that shows you the plan in a way drawings just can’t. This gives you a visual of what your renovation will look like when the last coat of paint dries. We often find opportunities to improve the plans in this stage. It’s one thing to see overhead drawings of your planned project, but it’s quite another to step into it virtually. This new perspective is when we catch things that don’t look precisely like you had in mind, before they get built.
The contract engineered drawings and Permits. These are the technical schematics to get approval from the regulatory authorities. This step could cause a lot of headache without a professional with decades of experience on your side. We’ve gotten approval for all kinds of projects in all kinds of locations. We’re even able to negotiate with an HOA if necessary.
Construction begins. With other contractors, this is the part homeowners dread. We’ve had clients call our construction “painless”. Jeff and Pam stay involved throughout and the project manager will be there every day to coordinate and keep things on schedule. Whether you choose to live on site or elsewhere, we keep you in the loop the entire length of the project.
